What’s the best paint?

We use the best paints from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams and Behr. Applying 2 coats of high quality paint will ensure proper coating that lasts. We use high quality 45-50 year caulk where needed.

Do you offer any type of warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty for touch-ups. No charge to you.

Do you have proof of insurance?

Yes

Do you require any payment upfront?

What will be cleaned up after the job is finished?

After the job is complete we ensure that all the furniture will be placed back in it’s appropriate location. We make sure to vacuum the areas painted to ensure any spackle or dust from sanding is swept up. We make sure your home looks better than when we arrived.

How do you prepare a room for painting?

1. We move all furniture and valuables out of harm’s way.
2. We cover valuables and furniture with plastic.
3. We carefully remove wall face plates temporarily.
4. We repair any drywall damage or imperfections.
5. We apply caulk to all cracks or seams.
6. We spackle holes and sand.
7. We apply two coats of high quality paint chosen by you.
8. We clean up after ourselves, including picking up plastic, re-installing face plates, vacuuming or sweeping if needed.
9. We move all furniture back to their original locations.
10. We take you through an inspection to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

How do I ensure my paint job will last as long as possible?

Typically interior painting last longer than exterior. We always leave touch up paint for your convenience. Just simply wipe down the area needed to be touched up and paint.

How will the project be managed?

Our trained project managers will be in contact and close communication before, during and after the project to ensure your satisfaction. They will be here to make sure your project goes as quickly and efficient as possible.

How long is the project going to last?

Projects vary depending on the project and situations. Normally projects last between 2-5 days on average.

What kind of materials do you use?

Here at CHP due to Florida’s harsh weather we only use the best materials on the market allowing your curb appeal to last longer. We use the best paints from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams and Behr. There is attention in the detail using high quality elastomeric patch, 50 year caulk and high quality waterproof sealer to withstand Florida’s Harsh weather. We also use high-quality rollers to ensure proper application when back rolling.

What will be cleaned up after the job is finished?

After the project is complete we ensure to remove any stains from paint on concrete. The designated area we use to clean brushes/rollers/ etc. is cleaned. All equipment used will be removed from the property. Any additional paint will be left at designated location. All trash will be taken off the premise.

How do you prepare a home for painting?

1. Trench
2. Pressure Wash- removes dirt, grime, broken down paint residue and mildew. Ensures water proof sealer adheres to surface properly
3. Elastomeric Patch- Seals cracks, smooth surface and lessens visibility of cracks.
4. Caulk windows/doors
5. Rust Primer (where needed) stops rust and prevents corrosion when applied to heavily rusted areas, allowing top coat to adhere to surface.
6. Paint soffits/fascia (if applicable)
7. Spray and back roll body
8. Paint Trim/door
9. Touch ups
10. Quality Check with homeowner

How do I ensure my paint job will last as long as possible?

With Florida’s harsh climate it is recommended to pressure wash or soft wash your home once every year to ensure your paint job will last as long as possible. Typically exterior paint jobs with our quality paints/materials will last appx 8-10 years and possibly longer.
